Mark’s in Ontario seeks a dynamic store leader to coach and develop the team, drive exceptional omni-channel service, and ensure accurate in-store and online order fulfillment. You will oversee daily operations, act as brand ambassador, and promote a safe, inclusive work environment.
You will manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and compliance, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed, while mentoring staff through daily game plans and timely training.

Our typical hiring range is between $34,800 and $43,500. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
