Luxottica’s Sunglass Hut in Surrey is seeking an Assistant Manager I to join our store leadership team. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily sales, coaching, merchandising and recruitment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Expect to spend most time on the sales floor and drive brand standards during promotions and events. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ years in retail, strong knowledge of store operations, and a passion for coaching teams to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail-oriented.
• Uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the operational components of the store.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales plan, develops associates and achieves company objectives.
• Uses reporting tools to identify gaps and capitalize on successes.
• Provides ongoing coaching for all associates and motivates the team.
• Acquires talent through networking and interviews with the Store Manager.
• Spends the majority of time on the sales floor.
• Develops customer relationships and maintains brand standards.
• Maintains store merchandising standards and uses product knowledge tools.
• Ensures execution of operational policies and promotions.
