Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Garage store in Saint-Bruno. You will report to the Store Manager, guiding daily operations, energizing the team, and ensuring a positive customer experience while driving sales and maintaining brand standards on the sales floor and online channels.

You will contribute to inventory control, order fulfillment, and store merchandising, with a focus on teamwork, adaptability, and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail, or equivalent.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility and urgency in responding to changing business needs with impactful ideas.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
• Provide leadership to optimize sales results and a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Lead and inspire a high performing team on the sales floor and through digital platforms.
• Contribute to inventory management, shipment processing, replenishment and eCommerce order fulfillment.
