Responsibilities
- Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results with a customer-centric mindset
- Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
- Own assigned areas of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies
- Perform Service Leader duties and ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment driven by metrics
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications (How to Stand Out)
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to foster growth and development
- Familiarity with retail technology and operational procedures
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office
