Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving performance
- Familiarity with retail technology and systems
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring team members
- Willingness to travel as necessary
