Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Assistant Manager based in Strathroy, ON. The Assistant Manager will assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Core responsibilities include supervising staff, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in inventory control, merchandising, staff scheduling, and training to optimize store performance and achieve sales goals.
