You will help clients find storage solutions, manage front desk operations, reservations, payments, and keep the property customer-ready. Day shifts, paid vacation, and benefits after 90 days are part of the package.

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent client experiences and keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Confirming reservations and completing rental agreements
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Keeping the property clean, organized, and client ready
• Conducting daily inspections of storage units and property

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude with strong people skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are considered an asset
• Flexibility to travel between nearby locations as needed

Schedule

• Day shifts only
• Monday to Saturday availability required
• Weekend availability as needed
