Sentinel Storage in Canada is seeking an Assistant Manager to elevate customer experiences and keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll help clients find storage solutions, supervise front desk activities, and oversee rentals and payments.

No management experience? We provide a 6-week paid training program to set you up for long-term leadership growth, with room to advance within a growing Canadian-owned company with 300+ stores.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in finding storage solutions that fit their needs.
• Manage front desk operations, inquiries, and property tours.
• Confirm reservations and complete rental agreements.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the property clean, organized, and client-ready.

What You'll Do

• Processing payments and maintaining accurate recordsKeeping the property clean, organized, and client ready
• Conducting daily inspections of storage units and property

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude with strong people skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are considered an asset
• Flexibility to travel between nearby locations as needed

Schedule

• Day shifts only
• Monday to Saturday availability required
• Weekend availability as needed
