Boston Pizza in Canada is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, train and develop kitchen staff, and manage performance to deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.

The role leads the team during peak service, upholding Food Safety, Heart of Hospitality brand standards, and a fun, safe workplace with proactive coaching and strong organizational skills.

Assistant Kitchen Manager (AKM)

Assistant Kitchen Managers at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including the training, development and performance management of kitchen employees. They are responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They also demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture. The Assistant Kitchen Manager leads the team during operations focusing on serving perfect food, everytime and to work with a sense of purpose and urgency.
