Boston Pizza is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, coach and develop staff, and uphold food safety and brand standards. This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality meals and fostering a positive, fast-paced work environment.

You will work closely with a team to drive operational excellence, maintain high Guest satisfaction, and support a culture of continuous improvement through training and leadership.

Assistant Kitchen Manager (AKM)

Assistant Kitchen Managers at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including the training, development and performance management of kitchen employees. They are responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They also demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture. The Assistant Kitchen Manager leads the team during operations focusing on serving perfect food, everytime and to work with a sense of purpose and urgency.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00 CAD Hourly
