Assistant Kitchen Manager

The Boston Pizza team is looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Location

7 Heritage Gate SE, Calgary, AB T2H 3A7 (On site)

Compensation

Pay: $36.50 per hour (30 hours per week)

Employment Type

Permanent, Full time

Responsibilities

• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: Will train.
