Job summary

Maxi in Canada is seeking an Assistant Department Manager to lead and mentor store teams, driving excellent customer service and memorable in-store experiences in Saint-Georges, QC. You will oversee merchandising, operations, and financial goals while building diverse, engaged teams across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring strong people leadership, adaptability, and a passion for delivering value to shoppers in a fast-paced retail environment. Bilingual communication is a plus.
