Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Newfoundland and Labrador. You will lead a sales-focused team, onboarding new and current members toward health goals, while mentoring staff on selling, relationship-building and achieving targets.

You will support the General Manager in daily club operations, shape training and development, and foster a culture aligned with core values like caring, integrity and peak attitude. A growth-oriented environment awaits.

• Previous sales experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and ongoing development of a team of employees responsible for assisting new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals.
• Educating your team on sales, relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company.
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club.
