The Assistant General Manager is a key role on our team. This leader will balance membership sales, member service and coach development to help grow our centre!

This is a full time role that will require the candidate to work Tuesdays to Saturdays with some evening shifts.

The Assistant General Manager Will Be Responsible For
  • Ensuring all prospects are followed up with in a timely manner, answering questions and enrolling prospects into membership.
  • Book trial classes and following up with each trial on their experience, ultimately leading them to enrol as a member.
  • Provide member service by replying to emails, texts and calls.
  • Assisting the General Manager in hiring, training, onboarding new coaches.
  • Assisting the General Manager in coach evaluations and development.
  • Coaching a minimum of 10 classes per week.
