Job summary

Boston Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to oversee daily restaurant operations in Canada. The AGM will train, develop, staff, schedule and performance-manage the Front of House team, ensuring guests have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish.

They will lead with strong organizational skills, champion a fun, safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery

Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Assistant General Managers at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversees the daily operations of the Restaurant. This includes the training, development, staffing, scheduling and performance management of the Front of House team members. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish.
