Job summary

Boston Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and the Front of House team, ensuring an outstanding guest experience from start to finish while upholding safety and hospitality standards.

As AGM you will lead by example, coach staff, manage scheduling and performance, build strong relationships with guests and team members, and champion the Foundations of Hospitality while pursuing continual development and career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in hospitality.
• Ability to train, develop and schedule staff.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Assistant General Managers at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversees the daily operations of the Restaurant. This includes the training, development, staffing, scheduling and performance management of the Front of House team members. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish.
