Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Ontario is seeking a Front Store Manager (FSM) to assist the FSM in managing human, physical and financial resources and to achieve store objectives by improving product flow from backroom to sales floor.

You will work with the Management Team to maintain store standards, schedule labour using Work Force Management, ensure adequate staffing, and drive customer experience while supporting corporate programs and core values.

• To help with hiring in conjunction with the FSM, Hires and/or supports hiring for all departments, excluding Pharmacy.
• Maintains wage administration within SLPH guidelines.
