As an Assistant Facility Manager, you will provide essential support to the Facility Manager in overseeing critical facility operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. You will maintain adherence to JLL\'s operational excellence standards and the client\'s operational requirements, monitor key performance indicators specific to the operational environment, and conduct regular facility inspections to proactively address maintenance needs. This collaborative role involves supporting various operational functions including work order management for specialized equipment, coordination of services, energy efficiency initiatives for large-scale operations, and budget management.
