Role Description

This is a part-time 100% remote role for an Assistant in Prospecting and Development based in Montreal, QC. In this role, the assistant will be responsible for researching potential business opportunities, managing project-related tasks, providing administrative support, and fostering communication with clients or partners. The role also includes analyzing market data and collaborating with the team to support the development efforts of Lani Productions.

Tasks
  • Evaluate market opportunities and interpret data.
  • Engage with clients, partners, and team members effectively via email.
  • Support daily operations.
  • Identify and assess new prospects.
  • Help coordinate and ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Generate high-potential leads for Lani Productions.

Salary and benefits
  • Work from home, 100% remote
  • Part to full time : Work a minimum of 10 hours/week, on your own time, and up to 30 hours/week
  • Choose your own schedule
  • 100% pay by commission + bonus (every 30 days)
  • 3% commission on any booked client through your work
  • 200$ Bonus per 5 clients booked
  • Augmentation to 5% commission after 3 months (depending on performance)
