We are currently recruiting for a dual position of Assistant Educator and Temporary Accommodation Support Facilitator to join our Team in Newmarketat the following location(s): Rogers PS, Canadian Martyrs CES & St. John Chrysostom CES.
This position is to fill a new vacancy.
Pay Range: $19.55 - $23.08
Temporary Accommodation Support Facilitator: $19.55/hour
Assistant Educator $20.20 - $23.08/hour (includes General Operating Grant) plus Wage Enhancement Grant (up to $2.00/hr) and Split Shift Premium ($2.00/hr).
Candidates must be available to work a split shift in a before and after school program.

Position Summary:
To assist the teachers in program delivery ensuring operational requirements are met in compliance with all internal and external guidelines, policies and procedures. To ensure the delivery of a developmentally appropriate, play based program by applying specialized skills and knowledge related to early childhood education. The overarching goal is to enhance the classroom ratio and provide an inclusive environment through ongoing collaboration and communication. Supports the organization’s vision, mission, and guiding values. This is a fully in-centre position.
