A leading Canadian university in Toronto is seeking an Assistant Director, Employer Relations & Marketing. This role involves leading the Career Centre initiatives, providing services to students and recent graduates, and developing effective marketing strategies. The University of Toronto Mississauga Career Centre provides career services to all UTM students and recent graduates of up to two years. Reporting to the Director, Career Centre, the Assistant Director, Employer Relations and Marketing (ERM) works closely with the Assistant Director, Career Development Unit to lead Career Centre initiatives. Working under the direction of the Director, UTM Career Centre, the Assistant Director, ERM provides primary leadership and is responsible for managing the operations and staff of the ERM, ensuring the effective functioning of the unit providing employer activities, events and programming services to students and recent graduates from all programs (undergraduate and graduate) at UTM.
