The Assistant Corporate Secretary administers ENMAX’s corporate governance framework and provides support to the ENMAX Board of Directors, its Committees and the Shareholder in the discharge of their various governance duties and responsibilities, including coordination of materials from the Executive Team in support of Board activities.
Post-secondary degree in law, business, communications or related field or a corporate secretarial designation or training program Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) workforce with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
