We are excited to be looking for our next co-op candidate to support our project controls team with a focus on risk. This role will support our major projects within our civil east division in the GTA.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Provide support to the project team for project control activities with a focus on risk management.
  • Work with various stakeholders to gather and disseminate risk-related data.
  • Assist and support the Risk Director, Project Managers, and Project Controls Analysts with risk analysis, benchmarking, and documentation initiatives.
  • Present findings to the project team when required.
  • Analyze historical project risk information and manage and maintain risk registers.
  • Work with different functional groups to provide benchmarking information and feedback on risk management accuracy, and support development as required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Currently enrolled in a University or Technical College pursuing Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Understanding of project management, project controls, or cost engineering processes.
  • Good communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of good performance and attendance.
  • Basic presentation skills.
  • Bilingual in French and/or Spanish is an asset.
