We are currently looking for a bilingual winter co‑op to start in January 2026 who is interested in project controls, specifically focusing on risk management. This role will be based out of our head office in Montreal within our civil east major projects division.

What You’ll Do Here :
  • Provide support to the project team for risk management related activities.
  • Work with various stakeholders to gather and disseminate risk related data.
  • Assist and support Risk Director, Project Managers and Project Controls Analysts with risk analysis, benchmarking and document initiatives.
  • Present findings to the projects team when required.
  • Analyze historical project risk information and manage and maintain risk registers.
  • Work with the different functional groups to provide benchmarking information and feedback on risk management accuracy, and support development as required.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
What You Bring to the Table :
  • Currently enrolled in a university or technical college for a diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • An understanding of project management, project controls, risk management or cost engineering processes would be strongly desired.
  • Good communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Advance Excel, Power BI, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Proven track record of good performance and attendance.
  • Basic presentation skills.
