Role Responsibilities
  • Assist in kitchen operations and prepare quality meals.
  • Help set up buffets and operate large-volume cooking equipment.
  • Cook, package food, and assist as head cook in their absence.
  • Maintain cleanliness following safe food handling procedures.
Qualifications
  • Mandatory: Ontario Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and safe food handling practices.
  • Experience with cooking, cash handling, and operating kitchen equipment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
