Job summary

Money Mart is hiring at our Toronto area location to lead store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role involves managing a team, handling cash, and meeting profitability targets while maintaining compliance with policies.

Successful candidates will have at least one year in a management or team-led role and at least one year in financial services and sales, with a high school diploma or equivalent. A strong sales focus and customer care are essential.

• Ensure safety, security, and compliance and policies are followed.
• Audit documentation to ensure accuracy.

During a Typical Day, You Will

• Deliver results on store profitability goals

• Supervise financial service representatives to ensure sales targets are met
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance and policies are followed
• Audit documentation to ensure accuracy

Successful Candidates Will

• Have a minimum of one year experience in a management or team‑lead role
• Have a minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience
• Be sales‑driven and customer‑service focused
• Have a track record of developing a sales team and achieving financial goals
• Have previous cash handling experience
• Have a high‑school diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $21.50–$23.05 per hour, with an additional monthly store bonus opportunity of up to $650, dependent on store size, individual performance, and achievement of store KPIs.

Candidates with a current First Aid and CPR certification will be considered an asset.
