Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the Branch in compliance with established policies and procedures. Directs and supervises Inside Sales/Counter and warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, maintenance of inventory and other material handling activities.

What you will do:

• Provide direction, training, coaching and leadership to branch employees.

• Responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch ensuring customer service levels are met in the absence or at the direction of the Branch Manager

• Cultivate and manage key business relationships within assigned territory.

• Plan and organize branch to fulfill sales, trading profit and company objectives.

• Create and maintain strategic alliances with vendors.
