Role: Assistant Branch Manager

Job Summary: Overseeing daily operations and support the Branch Manager in growing and developing the team. This role requires full cross‑training across all branch positions to ensure flexibility and operational success. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Roofmart Sales Team to strengthen customer relationships and help expand our client base.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervising various aspects of the local retail branch
• Assisting the Branch Manager in all aspects of the business including growing and developing the team.
• Willing and able to perform each of the roles at the Branch and understanding that cross training is fundamental to the Branch’s success
• Working closely with the Roofmart Sales Team to provide support and build strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers

Qualifications

• College Diploma (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to travel

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000
