About the Role: Asset Protection Associate

As an Asset Protection Associate, your primary focus is on loss prevention and store security. Beyond routine monitoring, you'll also investigate incidents involving financial and physical shrink, including internal theft, external theft, and organized retail crime, escalating findings to the appropriate leaders following Walmart Canada's guidelines.

This role also involves emergency response support — you'll be expected to assist with store evacuations and other emergency procedures when they arise. Flexibility is key: the schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights, as well as weekends and holidays.
