Starlight Investments, in conjunction with WP Osborne Executive Search is seeking an Asset Manager to join their Asset Management Team in Victoria or Vancouver.

The Asset Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of asset plans, annual operational and capital budgets, client reporting, financial analysis, value-add opportunities, marketing strategies, and communication with 3rd party property management companies, stakeholders and other service providers in order to ensure that the assets in their portfolio meet or exceed targets.
The Asset Manager will possess a University Degree in Business, Finance, Urban Development or related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant real estate experience, as well as, superior communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well with various stakeholders while managing multiple priorities. MBA or professional designations are considered an asset.
