Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering Tech, GIS, Asset Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of asset management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of corporate budgeting and work planning experience.
• Municipal/public sector experience is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean driving record.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Ability to provide Police Information Check.

Responsibilities

• Integrate asset management processes into a single corporate reporting system.
• Serve as GIS system administrator for municipal platforms.
• Coordinate and upload asset data with quality control.
• Develop lifecycle programs for roads, bridges, plants, stormwater, and facilities.
• Train staff on asset management processes and GIS tools.
