MacLean Engineering is seeking a Lead Hand – Mechanical (Final Assembly) in North Bay to coordinate safety, quality, and production under the supervision of the Production Supervisor. You will mentor workers, manage work orders, and work with Manufacturing Engineering to resolve non-conformances and improve DVLP build issues, while maintaining a safe and productive environment.
This role requires five plus years in metal fabrication or heavy equipment and leadership experience, with a day shift

LOCATION: 125 Ferris Drive, North Bay, ON
Reports To: Production Supervisor
SHIFT: Day Shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday to Friday)
Salary range: 35-39 per hour
About the Position: The Mechanical Final-Assembly Lead Hand is responsible for assisting the Supervisor with coordination of safety, quality, production, and employee requirements in assigned areas. This position will require proficient, correct, timely and safe execution of the following daily work tasks:
