Airbus Canada Limited Partnership recherche des assembleurs de structure pour le programme A220, basé à Mirabel (Québec). Ce poste s’adresse aussi bien aux experts qu’aux personnes souhaitant évoluer dans ce domaine.

Vous travaillerez sur l’assemblage de structures aéroonautiques, en respectant les dessins techniques et les procédures, dans un environnement sûr et axé sur la qualité.

Qualifications

• Aptitude et formations exigées pour les postes d’assemblage aéronautique selon les documents techniques.
• Diplômes et expériences exigés décrits ci-dessus, notamment dans l’aéronautique et les structures.
• La liste ci-dessus correspond aux exigences venant des sections Boarding Pass et Your Boarding Pass.

Responsibilities

• Travailler à partir des manuels d’assemblage et des guides visuels.
• Utiliser des postes et positionner les composants conformément aux dessins et documents.
• Perçer selon tolérances, appliquer des produits d’étanchéité et fixer les éléments selon les spécifications.
• Respecter les délais et les documents qualité du département méthodes.
• Respecter les normes de santé, sécurité et environnement.
• Assurer la conformité avec les normes et les cadences de production.
• Exécuter d’autres tâches liées en fonction de l’expérience.

A T.S.D in aerospace structural assembly

A T.S.D in aerospace mechanical assembly

A D.S.C in airframe assembly

Evidence of completion of accelerated training program in aircraft structures

High school diploma or equivalent AND 3 years of experience as assembler in aerospace field or related industry (last 5 years)

You will be required to work in an enclosed space

You will be required to work at heights up to 30 feet

Ability to adopt and maintain various physical positions as needed for the job

• Work from instructions provided in the form of assembly manuals and visual aids;

• Use jigs and position PVA components, engineering drawings, or any other materials provided by the methods department;

• Drill within prescribed tolerances, apply sealing products, and install the required fasteners according to engineering specifications;

• Meet the standard deadlines prescribed by the methods department and comply with the quality reference document;

• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards;

• Ensure compliance with production standards and rates;

• Perform other related duties based on experience and qualifications.
