Lindsay Thurber High School seeks an ASL Transliterator to provide ASL support for an English Language Order at the high school level. The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at the Lindsay Thurber campus in Red Deer, Alberta.

Compensation ranges from $28.26 to $37.92 per hour, with a termination date of 2027-06-30 and possible extension. The candidate should be fluent in ASL and able to work well in a team, with strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with Google Apps for

Commencing as soon as a suitable candidate is found until June 30, 2027 with possibility of extension.

Salary range is $28.26to 37.92 per hour

The successful candidate will provide ASL in English Language Order support to a student at the High School level.

Desirable qualifications and attributes:

• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Experience working with children with autism would be beneficial
• Above average technology skills, including Google Apps for Education
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good problem solving skills
