A leading housing association in Canada is seeking an Asbestos Work Planner to join their team. You will manage asbestos orders, ensure compliance with legislation, and coordinate with stakeholders to guarantee safe, timely project execution. The ideal candidate has experience in workload management and a detail-oriented communication style. This permanent, full-time position offers a hybrid working model with a competitive salary.
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £32,881 per annum to £36,069 per annum (London weighted salary) or £28,886 per annum to £31,876 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience
Grade: 6
Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford
Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

This is an opportunity to join a new asbestos team that will deliver the full range of asbestos services and work to the highest standards to keep our residents, colleagues and contractors safe.
This role will be working as part of a team of planners responsible for instructing asbestos surveys, remediation works and air‑monitoring. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to arrange decants, isolations, and other necessary logistics while also assisting the supply chain with access when required.
This role will report to the Asbestos Supervisor in the operational side of the asbestos team.
