Job summary

COBS Bread in Calgary, Alberta is seeking bakers to serve our community. You’ll start each morning in a fresh bakery, read production schedules, measure and mix ingredients, mould dough, and help deliver friendly, high-quality baked goods to customers.

We offer a Bronze and Silver Bakers Development Qualification program, clear career advancement, complimentary products on every shift, and a starting wage of CAD 15–17 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules and recipes, measure and mix ingredients, mould dough, and operate ovens.
• Work with your team to keep the bakery clean and deliver a great customer experience.
• Assist in early-morning baking and food safety practices.
