Job summary

Michaels Stores Grande Prairie, AB is seeking friendly Team Members to build customer relationships and create memorable framing solutions. You will help customers shop, locate products, and maintain a safe, clean, well-merchandised store environment.

Major duties include adhering to SOPs, completing framing orders on time with high quality, supporting stock and replenishment, operating the cash register, assisting with Omni channel processes, and promoting company values.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers find framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Maintain the framing department and stock areas.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Provide a safe, clean, and well merchandised store environment.
