Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC in Montreal is seeking an Area Visual Manager for the Quebec and Atlantic Canada region to lead a small team of stores and ensure consistent execution of visual directives, enhancing the customer journey through premium presentation. You will partner with Store Managers to design compelling displays, oversee window and in-store setups, monitor brand standards, and drive data-informed improvements.

Travel frequently to support store execution and new store openings.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of visual merchandising leadership experience at area or multi-store level.
• Strong knowledge of brand presentation, customer flow, and product adjacencies.
• Ability to inspire and coach diverse teams, from store associates to visual managers.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Numerate, with the ability to analyze sales and compliance data to drive insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead area visual merchandising across stores ensuring standards and local adaptation.
• Partner with Store Managers and District Visual Managers on displays that inspire customers.
• Oversee window displays, signage, floor layouts, and seasonal presentations.
• Ensure brand standards reflect company culture, product positioning and target market.
• Review directives and share top-seller reports with stores in the area.
• Create immersive shopping experiences with proper flow and adjacencies.
• Support launches and campaigns with elevated visual execution.
• Maintain clean, safe store environments that inspire customers.
• Lead and coach Visual Managers and store teams to maximize performance.
• Travel frequently within the assigned area to support execution.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to deliver brand expression.
• Track and report on compliance of visual execution across the area.
