Compensation: $185,000.00 - $234,000.00 annually with an additional completion bonus of $50,000.00.

As the Multi-Family Area Sales Manager, you’ll represent a truly unique offering — luxurious, sustainably designed concrete buildings featuring Jayman’s highest level of finishings. Located in a vibrant community surrounded by premier shopping, dining, entertainment, inspiring parks, and stunning natural scenery, this role provides an exceptional platform for success. A Day-in-the-Life of the Area Sales Manager at Magna:
  • You are meeting, greeting and demonstrating to customers the Magna opportunity.
  • You are leading a sales team in one of the finest, technologically advanced sales centres created specifically for this project. Showhomes to open at Magna at the end of September 2025. Possessions beginning Spring 2026.
  • You and your team will work with customers to identify their needs and wants in a one-of -a-kind project.
  • You and your team will showcase the highest level of finishings, the maintenance‑free lifestyle, sustainable luxurious design and amenities of Magna and the community.
  • You will lead your team to manage the customer relationship through the sale, selections and building process.
  • You and your team will respond to customer concerns same-day/next day while fostering and creating the customer experience Jayman is known for.
  • You and your team will complete the Purchase Agreements and related documents professionally and accurately, ensuring the customer understands the details contained in all documents.
What You Bring to This Project:
  • Ability to manage a full-time schedule including weekday, evening and weekend hours.
  • 3-7 years of experience as a leader in multi‑family new home sales.
  • Experience in concrete building projects sales an asset.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to interact professionally with potential customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong work ethic, team player and an ability to handle stress appropriately.
  • Demonstrate ability to solve problems, including analysis, judgment, execution and follow‑up.
  • Strong technical computer acumen including Microsoft Office products, awareness of touchscreen technology and use of technology in the sales environment.
  • The ability to work in a very fast‑paced and high stress environment.
