A leading security solutions provider is seeking an Area Account Manager to drive new business and develop dealer channels in Western Canada. The role entails extensive travel (up to 70%) to manage the sales process effectively. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of sales experience and a background in the security industry or SaaS. A Bachelor’s degree or related sales experience is required. The compensation includes a base salary of $100,000 - $110,000 CAD and an OTE of $150,000 - $170,000 CAD.
Summary: The Area Account Manager (AAM) is a critical outside sales role responsible for driving new business development and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers (President, VP of Sales, Sales Manager, Sales and Operations staff) within the assigned territory (Western Canada - Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, or Winnipeg). Under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director, the AAM will manage the entire sales process from prospecting through close. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Brivo's comprehensive portfolio of solutions, as well as a general understanding of integrated components and systems such as Multifamily applications, Visitor Management, Elevator Control, IP video, and wireless locks.
The compensation package for this full-time position includes a base salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 CAD (OTE $150,000 - $170,000 CAD). Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
