A Northern Services Company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician Vehicle Mechanic to maintain and repair vehicles and heavy equipment in Arctic conditions. The role requires a high school education, valid mechanic qualifications, and 5 years of experience in the field. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience, with experience in heavy equipment within the last 10 years.
• Qualified Motor Vehicle Mechanic (310S and/or 310T with diesel endorsement).
• Military QL 5 or Journeyman qualification in heavy equipment or Automotive Technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs of site vehicles, heavy equipment, and powered support equipment.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and problem-solve for various equipment.
• Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to new or authorized staff.
