A leading homebuilder in North America is seeking an Architectural Technologist to support architectural services and enhance the homeowner experience. The role involves creating CAD drawings, preparing construction documents, and coordinating with various departments. Candidates should have a diploma in Architectural Technology, experience with AutoCAD, and strong problem-solving skills. As an Architectural Technologist, you assist in providing architectural services to the company while striving to provide The Best Homeowner Experience. This involves creating and maintaining CAD database drawings as well as creating lot specifics plans for production, interacting with different areas of the business such as Marketing, Purchasing, Décor, and/or Construction to assess needs and provide any documentation. The position also involves communicating and working with Control Architect to obtain approvals for new designs.
