Responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural technical details and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment in project execution.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to prevailing Codes of Practice, Standards, and Regulations (CSR).
• Prepare and manage submissions to local authorities, ensuring timely approvals.
• Support BIM-related tasks and collaborate in BIM coordination workflows.
• Maintain accuracy in CAD drawings and participate in detail development phases.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant architectural technical coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and technical construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit).
• Well‑versed in Building Codes, Standards & Regulations in Singapore.
• Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative team player.
• Familiarity with the authority submission process including URA, BCA, SCDF, etc.
