Job summary

Groupe Mach Inc. Montreal team is seeking an Architectural Designer/Architectural Intern to support the Development and Design Department. You will develop architectural concepts, produce documentation, create 3D models, and analyze codes for design solutions.

Applicants should hold a master's degree, have experience in an architectural firm, and submit a portfolio with their résumé. Strong AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud skills are essential, along with teamwork and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture.
• Experience in an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Strong 3D modeling experience and AI-powered visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and space-planning concepts with the development team.
• Produce technical documentation and presentation materials.
• Develop 3D models and renderings for projects.
• Calculate floor areas and perform quantity take-offs.
• Prepare project statistics and periodic reports.
• Analyze project programs and pre-design documentation (codes, regulations).
• Prepare block plans, site plans and master plans.
