A leading construction firm in Alberta is seeking a site coordinator to lead various trades and ensure architectural work compliance. Candidates should have a diploma in architecture and a minimum of 8 years of Singapore construction experience. Key responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, preparing submissions, and ensuring quality control. This role offers a salary range of $4000 to $4700.

Qualifications

• Min 8 years experience in Singapore construction projects.

Job description

Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.
• Planning of Architectural Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.
• Liaison with consultants, contractors & authorities on project matter
• Implement and ensure QC plan
• Procurement and Monitoring of Architectural related materials.
• To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock-up
• To verify VO and prepare back charges.
• Attend sub-con meetings.
• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.
• Complete design studies and monitor builds
• Create work schedules.
• To update Architectural progress with scheduling tools.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
• Relevant HDB experience will be added advantage.
• Only Singaporeans.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Architectural or a related discipline
• Relevant qualification of certificates in architectural discipline
• Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.
• Preferably completed QM project
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
• Good knowledge of Architectural specs and BCA quality requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
• Min. 8 years experience in Singapore construction projects.
• High degree of initiative and strong analytical skill
• Knowledge in A&A works / Project works welcome

Salary
