Job summary

Republic Architecture Inc. in Winnipeg, MB is seeking an Architect to join the #PeopleOfRepublic. You will contribute to enclosure retrofit projects for existing buildings, fit-ups, upgrades, and new construction, aligning design intent with project goals.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, prepare technical drawings and construction documents, ensure quality and timely milestones, and advocate sustainable, cost-efficient solutions across diverse assignments.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in Canadian architectural practice.
• Experience with BIM software, specifically Autodesk Revit is an asset.
• Exemplary technical design and problem solving skills.
• Broad experience with detailing and preparation of construction documents for building envelope projects, both new construction and renovations/retrofits.
• A proven track record of maintaining high quality standards while meeting project milestones.
• Fluency in the French language an asset.

We’re growing and looking for an Architect to join the #PeopleOfRepublic. As a member of the architectural team, the Architect will be responsible for the development of enclosure retrofits for existing buildings, fit-ups, upgrades, and new construction projects.
