Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of collections & Accounts Receivable experience is required.
• Experience dealing with customers on a daily basis.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Billing Adjustments
• Collection Calls / Emails
• Sending invoice / Statement copies
• Set up Monthly CC in CyberSource
• Process payments

Strong Oral & written communication skills

Customer Service Experience

Proficient with MS Office suite
