As a member of the Finance team, the Accounts Receivable Representative will support the full cycle of accounts receivable, including preparing invoices for operations in Canada and the U.S., reconciling accounts, monitoring collections, and assisting with month-end processes. Working closely with our Senior AR Specialist and other Finance team members, you’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate and timely billing, supporting customer relationships, and contributing to process improvements as we continue to scale.
The successful candidate will have foundational knowledge of billing and accounting procedures, strong Excel and data management skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn - someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and growing their career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a hybrid role and requires you to work from our Downtown Office 3x per week.
