Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of swimming instruction and supervisory experience.
• Ability to renew Lifeguard certification; First Aid and CPR required.
• Experience working with children is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Teach the British Swim School curriculum as Lead Instructor.
• Train new instructors and provide ongoing staff development.
• Evaluate instructor performance and implement improvement plans.
• Manage challenging class situations with guidance.
• Assist with business growth and customer acquisition.
