Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of lifesaving, lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate aquatic instructional and recreational programs.
• Enhance aquatic programs at busy facilities.
• Build positive relationships with staff and community partners.

Skills

Knowledge of lifesaving and lifeguarding practices

Strong understanding of aquatic programming principles

Working knowledge of pool chemistry and maintenance

Education

Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by relevant courses

OFA Level 1 certification preferred
